General English Courses

It is one of the most popular options for international students because it allows them to learn and progress in the language from the basic level to the most advanced. In general, General English courses are more geared towards developing communication, reading, listening, and comprehension skills.

English for Academic Purposes

It is a more focused course for students interested in strengthening academic skills and who wish to continue advanced studies such as technical or higher education courses. They are mostly an intensive modality and provide a minimal representation of college-level learning.

English for Business

This course offers you useful tools if you are working in the business area or want to venture into it, it is oriented so that you can develop language skills and concepts of the business and corporate environment. It includes the learning of specific vocabulary in the field.

Cambridge courses

The preparation courses for Cambridge certifications, which are recognized within the common European framework, have a more advanced level since they certify permanent competence in the English language. The course structure is designed by levels. Each level has a range of complexity and generally, the duration of each of these is between 10 and 12 weeks. Among the most recognized Cambridge certifications are:

Cambridge English: A2 Key (KET)
Cambridge English: B1 Preliminary (PET)
Cambridge English: B2 First (FCE)
Cambridge English: C1 Advanced (CAE)
Cambridge English: C2 Proficiency (CPE)

Their purpose is to train you and/or develop practical skills in specific areas of work. In some cases, this type of course allows you to enter the workplace after completing your qualification.

College Careers

Studying a university degree abroad has many benefits at a professional and work level. In the case of Australia, New Zealand, and Canada, they are countries that offer a high variety of programs and careers, not only in the main cities, but also in some other regions, which allows mobility, in some programs, to be possible from one city to another.

In the case of Australia, as in other English-speaking countries, most of the university courses and undergraduate programs are called Bachelor, and depending on their focus they also have a specific description.

In Australia, these programs are described as either Bachelors Degrees, when your focus is academic, or Bachelors Degrees Honors, when your focus is more research-oriented. Once the latter is finished, you will be able to directly access further PhD or Doctorate studies.

Master's Programs

Most universities have options in Master's and Doctorate Programs in all areas of training. To make your application to Master's studies, you must have a bachelor's or professional degree, for which university degrees studied in Latin America are valid. It is important that you keep in mind that having a good academic record and/or having participated in research projects would be a plus to be accepted in the program of your interest. The Master's degrees have an average duration between 1 and 2 years.

In the case of the Doctorate or Ph.D. programs, they are more focused on the development of investigative work, for which the students are not required to attend classes regularly. The duration of the Doctorate depends on each University. The average study time can be 4 years.
